Vote rewards Empty Vote rewards

A sure way to get your members to vote for your server more often is to offer a reward for them doing so. Have it set up so after a member votes for 3-5 big RSPS websites, they can choose to receive an in-game reward. One reward, whatever the options may be (maybe purely cosmetic items?), per IP, every 12 hours.
