Updates 6/19/13

Once again back with some more updates

- Added working effigees
- Disabled quest (for now) due to it causing bugs
- fixed bank all lag out glitch
- fixed wielding item disappearing glitch
- fixed/reduced some prices in shops
- Agility shop works
- Fixed warrior guild (door not working properly)
- Increased drop rates for some monsters

Note I have been traveling all day today so I was not able to do anything big besides some bug fixes. I still have a lot to do for future updates and now that I am back from Wyoming I can really focus on the server!
